Rosa raven....because it has dimensions similar to the nimble Dovo Barbarosa, but this is uniquely handmade in the 'Raven' finish by maker Roman Kamlash. a Chemical process with copper is used to obtain this unique look to the blade of this razor. Roman hails from Chernihiv in the Ukraine and makes razors as his main source of income. It is easy to spot that he chose the right line of work; the razors all have a great finish and tight tolerances with very good symmetry.
This rustic razor has a 6/8 blade, and is made from 105 WCr 6 steel, the 'Raven' look of the blade is supported by the matching brown composite scales and brass pinning with a black wedge. and has a half hollow grind. The cutting edge is about 50 mm long, making this a very mobile razor that shaves roughly the width of a safety razor. Total weight is 45 grams and just over 140 mm long in the closed position.
