This young lad is a branch from a Wild Olive wood tree on our property that has been cut and left to dry naturally for 2 to 3 years. The main trunk of the tree will certainly show some beautiful patterning and swirls, and quite interestingly this bloke has started to develop his fancy stripes as well, one can see the lighter wood starting to get flashy at the core of the branch. We dressed this dude up in a 26 mm synthetic Tuxedo and we'd say he is ready for the matric farewell! Although fairly young, the timber is solid and slow dried under natural conditions. This is a medium heavy brush weighing 87 grams, the total height is 128 mm, and the loft rises 61 mm above the handle's shoulders.
