Bushveld wild Olive wood and a dark resin replicates the tree and the fruit it bears in one go! I am not sure if I will get close to the colour of the Kalamata olives my folks lovingly bottled for us, but I am willing to try sometime in the future; like most fruits they vary quite a bit in colour, so I guess a grand failure is unlikely.
