Here we have another Blesbuck horndle that displays some Zulu spears, tints of white and brown with striking ridges on the rear and smoother appearance on the front, it looks much like tortoise shell, but lighter and very much ribbed. We have added an additional sense of dimension by filling this brush with clear resin, it works well with the lighter horn as it allows one 'insights' into the inner walls of the horn. This brush has a narrower neck section with a belly popping out towards the bottom end. Some nice ridging on the horn and a smoother front section completes the brush as a very unique offering. The large, flat base makes this a comfortable bowl lathering brush, while the thinner top section makes for comfortable grip with your thumb and top two fingers when face lathering is your go-to. We fitted this brush with a 24 mm Silvertip knot, the global favorite of the badger range we offer. The brush weighs 121 grams, and stands 120 mm tall. with a loft set at 52 mm. The body has diameters ranging from 31 mm to 48 mm.
This brush likes to stand up straight, and will fit most stands when mounted upside-down on the collar, but does look a bit odd in that position.
