We'd simply call this a 'Larney shaving box', but in order to cater for all classes we'll also call it a 'Bespoke shaving box' The box is crafted from solid timber, this box in a red and light wood finish with gold coloured hardware. Similar boxes were used from the 1920's onward, mostly by travelling Indian barbers plying their trade. In modern times it functions not as a 'trade-toolbox', but is a very cool counter top item, and not something you'd go travelling with unless you are of royal decent and have a barber in your entourage. Display it in your bathroom with pride and whip it out for some super cool shaves when the opportunity arises or on occasions when you need that last bit of pizzazz to turn your lady into putty in your hands.
