This brush is short and dedicated to one thing, making lather and lots of it! The bigger the knot, the more the hair, the more air, soap and water is mixed up and split up again to make your mountain of creamy suds. The crown is big, it can abviously face lather also, but only a portion of the brush will really be working, whacking it around in circles in a bowl is what it likes, when you got the masses of suds trapped in the bristles go to face. Also great for guys shavin heads and other body parts where coverage comes into play.

The brush handle is made from Kudu horn that was turned on the lathe but also hand shaped to give it a 'primitive appearance'. More specifically so, it is the inner horn bone that is used, this stuff is HARD, it is harder than any wood I have worked with, and very heavy at that, the inner section of the horn has a less dense structure with cavities and tunnels that allows for the traversing of blood, oxygen, minerals and other organic matter for the continuous development of the horn over the Kudu's lifespan, we fill these voids with resin, making the brush slightly lighter than solid, high density horn, but is still heavier than most natural materials out there. This brush has a reddish resin shade, making it look like something cut freshly from the carcass. quite a hardcore handle and not for the squeamish if you ask me,,,

The brush weighs 122 grams, and stands 116 mm tall. with a loft set at 68 mm. The body has diameters ranging from 32 mm around the waist to 42 mm around the collar and foot. The brush is fitted with  30 mm Finest two band knot.

This brush likes to stand up straight, and will only fit in a few stand options, make sure of your dimensions!
