Nothing that pops on this brush, just a static, strong figure standing out there in the wild...This brush is made from the upper end of the Oryx horn, and makes for a smaller handle, we put a piece of smaller diameter horn right up inside it, so the hole you see is not from the lathe, but the cavity in the horn as it becomes solid right at the tip.
On all brushes we have an 'offcut' that could be used for a few things, we decided to turn the larger pieces into razor stands that we will give away with their brotherly brushes, we do not spend a lot of time on them, so don't expect a 'golden finish' but they will add a bit of uniqueness to your brush, we will pre-drill them so take note of the sizes of the hole vs that of your existing razor. This is obviously also a good excuse to get yourself the very razor in the photo and add it to your collection. The razor picutured here is the DE32 that has six different shave settings and comes in five colour options. The drilling on the stand is 14mm
This brush weighs 74 grams and has a total length of 102 mm. The loft is set at 58 mm. The brush measures 38 mm on its widest measurement and 28 mm on the waist.
This handle is fitted with a 26 mm boar knot. This is a real workhorse with a really nice natural feeling grip when your middle finger wraps around the narrower section of the brush. It could be buffed to a higher gloss with little effort, but some guys like them in 'undertone mode'
