a Once-off brush from Miya, who runs a company called Arnobrush, she is based in China and has some pretty amazing stuff.
This brush has that classic vintage look with the tall, slender shape and its segment on top made from a different material. The base is made from resin, and is a replication of Elly ivory, the patterns and lines are a lot sharper than real ivory, but still random enough to give it a real 'ivory feel' The top section has a piece of ebonite on it, similar to another once-off (Oumo) brush we have on the website. The classic shape and colour of the handle convinced us to fit a top-end 28 mm boar knot to it, the knot is supplied by Oumo, another Chinese shaving supplier dealing in higher end products.
The brush weighs 104 grams, stands 132 mm tall with the knot set at 55 mm. The handle is just over 42 mm on the ring, with a waist measuring aroung 26 mm.
This brush is going to look even better what this brand new boar starts to splay after a few uses.
