Two wood types married by resin! The workhorse of braai fires, namely Sekelbos sits at the base of the brush, and the Royal African Blackwood at the top, the two are joined by a swirly white and brown resin mix. Atop the handle sits a 26 mm synthetic Silvertip knot.
It is a fairly long brush that will work well in deeper bowls and tubs, and is finished in a natural wood cream that can be applied and buffed easily. Clean your brush every now and again to keep it shiny and sparkling as soap will dull surfaces soon enough.
The brush stands 148 mm tall, with the loft at 60 mm. It has a waist of 22 mm and a belly of 39 mm. The brush weighs 102 grams.
