There are quite a number of vintage shaving sets that one still comes across when surfing the classified sections, they are normally a set that has a genuine of fake leather case that resembles that of an old pair of binoculars. These sets have a selection of grooming gear as its contents, but mostly in poor condition and best use is the split them up onto useable items and dump the rest. This leaves quite a few of these spiffy containers floating around with no purpose, and this we cannot have!

The can stands 83 mm high, with an OD of 36 mm. It weighs 32 grams, and looks to be made from brass, has a few 'bruises' and some plate loss on the cap.
